We are committed to responsible stewardship and estate investment across our portfolio, recognising its positive impact on the local community. In addition to investing in our community partners, we absorb the costs of numerous initiatives to enhance the local area and environment.

We take a collaborative approach to local issues, working in close partnership with neighbourhood groups and BIDs as well as key amenity societies.
Our approach
Safe, green, and exceptionally managed
Our long-term stewardship approach is centred on maintaining a safe, welcoming and exceptionally managed West End environment. Across our estates, on-site security and operations teams provide a visible presence, supporting visitors, businesses and local communities. Our teams also enhance the public realm through cleaning, greening and the refurbishment of street furniture, ensuring a high-quality streetscape across the estate.
Our performance
Continuing to invest in our portfolio
We continue to invest alongside Westminster and Camden Councils in public realm improvements that strengthen connectivity, accessibility and sense of place across the West End. At Henrietta Street, works are underway to create a more pedestrian-friendly environment using high-quality materials that complement the heritage character of Covent Garden. At Carnaby Street, our vision is to enhance its distinctive identity through greener, more accessible and better connected public spaces.
Throughout the year, we maintain thousands of window boxes and planters across the portfolio. This includes the installation of new greenery on Carnaby Street, specifically designed to increase green cover and enhance urban biodiversity across the West End.
