THE RAGGED PRIEST OPENS FLAGSHIP STORE IN SEVEN DIALS

Shaftesbury has today announced that British fashion brand The Ragged Priest has opened a new flagship store in Seven Dials, the heart of London’s West End. The Ragged Priest’s Seven Dials site is set out over two floors, spanning a total of 975 sq ft, making it the fashion brand’s largest location to date.

The new flagship store on 45 Neal Street provides a revitalised space designed using salvaged and recycled materials, including a 200-year-old church floor and reimagined Eko-ply fixtures made from recycled plastic. Renowned for their beginnings in customised denim, The Ragged Priest in Seven Dials incorporates a dedicated denim floor, providing their signature selection of clothing with rip and repair details and bold directional prints. Alongside signature Cult Classic denim, the new store also showcases The Ragged Priest’s trademark grunge-inspired men’s and women’s apparel and accessories collections.

James Cutmore, Founder and CEO at The Ragged Priest, commented: “The opening of our new Seven Dials flagship store is a pivotal moment for us. As champions of subculture and self-expression, sustaining a foothold in vibrant, central London is crucial, and Seven Dials provides the ideal location from which to deliver our statement offering to both new and returning customers. The new bigger, brighter store includes a dedicated denim design floor unique to The Ragged Priest. It provides a one-of-a-kind experience in a one-of-a-kind destination!”

Samantha Bain-Mollison, Retail Director at Shaftesbury, added: “The Ragged Priest is a great independent brand to have joined Seven Dials and is credit to the authentic and eclectic style found throughout the destination. Their selection of Neal Street as a flagship location is preceded by similar decisions from other unique retailers such as Lids, Route One and Good, establishing the community as a premium destination for flagship stores. The opening of The Ragged Priest demonstrates our successful efforts in curating a diverse line-up of brands and we’re delighted to welcome them to Seven Dials.”

The Ragged Priest’s opening follows additional retail activity at Seven Dials, including the launch of sustainable fashion brand Dai, and the arrival of art and lifestyle brand Adorn the Common, both on Monmouth Street.

Hanover Green, Nash Bond and Cushman & Wakefield represent Seven Dials. The Ragged Priest dealt direct.
