Our use of cookies

We use necessary cookies to make our site work. We’d also like to set optional analytics cookies to help us improve it. We won’t set optional cookies unless you enable them – we will set a cookie on your device to remember your preferences. Certain low-risk cookies may be treated differently under recent UK law, but we continue to provide you with choice.

For more detailed information about the cookies we use, and to change your preferences at any time, please see our Cookie Policy. We keep this policy under regular review to reflect updates in UK and other applicable rules.

You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the ‘Manage Cookies’ link on the pop-up or on the Cookies Policy page at the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent, previously set cookies will be disabled or deleted where possible.

To help demonstrate compliance with data protection regulations, we do not retain anonymised records of cookie preferences centrally. Instead, consent is stored locally on your browser as a necessary cookie, which records what you have consented to and when. These records are anonymised and cannot be used to identify individual users.

Necessary cookies

Necessary cookies enable core functionality such as security, network management, compliance and accessibility. You may disable these by changing your browser settings, but this may affect how the website functions. These cookies do not store personally identifiable information.

Analytics cookies

Analytic cookies help us to improve our website by collecting and reporting information on how you use it. The cookies create a randomised identifier to collect information about how you interact with this and other websites. If you do not allow these cookies, we will not know when you have visited our site and will not be able to monitor its performance.

Health and Safety

We strive to achieve the highest standards of health, safety and well-being in all our activities, our buildings, our projects and our offices.

We work closely with our supply chain through a risk-based, collaborative approach to the management of health, safety and well-being to ensure our standards are achieved.

Our Health and Safety Governance Committee is chaired by our General Counsel and attended by our Chief Executive and other members of our Executive Committee. The Committee oversees our approach to health and safety strategy and statutory compliance across the Group.

In our refurbishment projects, responsibility for health and safety is identified in all pre-tender documentation and is monitored by site managers and project managers.
