As part of our commitment to sustainability, Shaftesbury Capital PLC has adopted electronic communications with shareholders. This means that shareholders will receive documents from the company electronically unless they elect to receive hard copies.

Shareholders may revoke an election to receive electronic communications at any time.
Shareholders can request hard copies of certain company publications by emailing feedback@shaftesburycapital.com or by contacting the Company directly.
Cash dividends paid directly to bank or building society account
Cash dividend payments made by the Company are only paid by electronic means. UK shareholders may use MUFG Corporate Markets' Investor Centre app or portal to set up a dividend mandate. Alternatively, contact details for MUFG Corporate Markets can be found here.
If your shares are held on the South African register you should contact the South African registrar, Computershare Investor Services, to arrange for a dividend mandate to be set up. Computershare’s contact details can be found here. If your shares are dematerialised you should contact your CSDP or broker (as applicable) to confirm their requirements.
