Online Portal
We encourage shareholders to utilise the online share portal, Signal Shares, where possible.
Signal Shares is a secure site that provides certain shareholder services online, including useful information and answers to frequently asked questions that can be accessed without the need to login securely. Shareholders registered in the UK can also use Signal Shares to obtain details of their shareholdings, transactions and dividends, to amend or change their address or to register to have their cash dividends paid directly into their bank account (see below).
To register to use Signal Shares, you need the shareholder’s surname, Investor Code (a unique number that can be found on any correspondence from the registrars, such as share certificates or dividend tax confirmations) and postcode. If you have already registered and have forgotten your username or password then click on the forgotten username or password links.
Dividends Paid Directly to your Bank Account
You can arrange for your cash dividends to paid directly to your bank or building society via Signal Shares or by completing a dividend payment mandate form which is available from Link Group using the customer support contact details below.

Existing UK shareholders may trade Shaftesbury Capital PLC’s shares through Link Group's Share Dealing Services who provide an easy-to-use, real-time online, telephone and postal dealing service. The website provides information about Link’s processes as well as details of the documentation needed, depending on individual circumstances. The Computershare website provides certain shareholder services online. Shareholders registered in South Africa can use this service to obtain details of their shareholdings. Shareholders will need to follow a registering process in order to access such information. Unfortunately, due to South African legal requirements, shareholders may not update records, but will be able to view their entire holding of shares globally.
